Alpha is a fully certified ISO 9001:2008 organisation and has been ISO certified since 1996.
Quality Statement
Alpha’s commercial objective is to provide computer hardware and software products, and related services that consistently meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, at optimum cost.
To meet these objectives, Alpha’s Quality Policy is to establish, maintain and monitor a Quality Management System (QMS), which will continually improve the company’s performance. The QMS provides a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives that are directly derived from the company’s business plan and the commercial objectives contained within it.
The policy of Alpha is that its QMS shall comply with ISO 9001:2008 and the company will operate in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Alpha’s employees and management are committed to assuring that this policy is implemented, understood and maintained at all levels within the organisation.
