As an independent Systems Integrator Alpha tailors its support products to provide complimentary services to work in conjunction with your chosen vendor partner product warranty, this results in a vendor providing remedial hardware or software service and Alpha providing configuration support and preventative maintenance services for Operating System / Application software and firmware.
Alpha's expertise lies within the implementation of Server/Storage Infrastructure, Network Operating Systems and Server based applications – all key components central to your IT operation, to enhance this professional installation capability, Alpha have designed a comprehensive range of post implementation service products that go beyond those offered as standard by the equipment Vendor.
Standard Support
Our standard telephone and remote access support service provides expert problem diagnostic and resolution. All service requests and technical support enquiries are managed by a central Helpdesk team. Call to response times are delivered within 4 hours as standard. The Helpdesk centre also offers assistance to your IT staff for configuration queries and general product best practice enquiries. A significant benefit to your organisation is the consistent communication between our Helpdesk team and your own IT staff thereby helping develop a close relationship between key personnel.
Premium Support
To ensure maximum availability and efficiency of your key IT infrastructure, Alpha have developed a range of Premium Support services designed to complement our extensive Data Management solutions portfolio. These services provide a pro-active approach to the management and maintenance of your systems to pre-empt any technical problems which may result in availability issues and costly downtime. Extensive analysis of system configuration, utilisation and the undertaking of planned maintenance ensures that the potential for fault or error is kept to a minimum.
