The Edge is a complete NAS that delivers enterprise class reliability, scalability and performance as well as industry leading “green storage” perfect for the small to medium business. This system was designed to allow you to consolidate and centralise all your data and storage needs onto a single centralised solution using CIFS, NFS and iSCSI.
The Edge offers up to 84TB capacity, FC connected RAID storage for higher performance and enterprise class RAID storage for more robust reliability. The Edge also includes a complete set of data integrity and protection features which ensure data integrity during power outage or multiple drive failure. In addition to that, integrated Microsoft snapshots provide data protection of both file and block storage. Microsoft DFS replication protects site data by replicating files to another location.
